		<description>Absolutely! It takes a touch of courage. It's relatively easy to incorporate into your life. And it pays huge dividends. I believe we could all learn to be more APPROPRIATELY assertive with our coworkers, peers, children, spouses and so forth. It is one of the core components of anger management trainings precisely because it prevents the build up of anger in us. By allowing us to express our needs in a calm, rational manner, we don't stuff anger down inside. Therefore, no need to go volcanic later!
